Gamifio HELP

ISSUE:I have installed Gamifio application but I am not able to do create any groups or invite any of my friends.

SOLUTION:Go to "Settings" screen and then click on Login button? If you do not see any Login button but see a Logout button then please click on Logout button then re-start the application and login again.


ISSUE:I do not see any of my friends in the "Friends" screen even if I tap on the "Refresh" button.

SOLUTION: If you do not have any Facebook friends who has already installed Gamifio application then you will not see anybody in the "Friends" screen. Please go to "Settings" screen and invite them to Gamifio using "Invite Facebook Friends" button.


ISSUE:I do not see any of my friends in the "Friends" screen although I am sure that some of my friends are already using Gamifio.

SOLUTION: Possibly during initial login you did not let Gamifio to access your Facebook friends list. Please logout from Gamifio application on your phone and then go to Facebook on your computer, delete "Gamifio" application from your Facebook. Re-start Gamifio application on your phone and login again.

Please note that Gamifio does not post anything on Facebook on behalf of you without your permission/consent.


ISSUE: I do not get any push notifications from Gamifio.

SOLUTION: This is probably due to your phone settings. Please go to Settings -> Notifications in your Iphone and allow Gamifio to receive push notifications.


ISSUE: I am using Gamifio in 2 devices but only one of them gets push notifications.

SOLUTION: Currently, Gamifio does not support multiple devices per user.
